Refund Policy

1. Eligibility:

   • We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive.

   • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

   • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

   • Please contact our team at kiyedahairs@kiyedabeauty.com to request a return authorization.

   • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

3. Shipping the Returned Item:

   • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Processing:

   • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

   • If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Refunds:

1. Refund Amount:

   • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item, minus any applicable shipping fees.

   • Please note that if your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Kiyeda Beauty will be deducted from your refund.

2. Processing Time:

   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the date we receive the returned item.

3. Receipt of Refund:

   • Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund and the amount refunded.
