Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@kiyedabeauty.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

Shipping the Returned Item:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
